Equipment & Labeling
The gear behind the COA.
Procurement teams want to see the machines. Here's the line: automated compliance labeling, variable-data coding, and the extraction and co-pack equipment that runs your spec at volume — named, not hand-waved.
Front / Back / Wrap Labeling
A non-compliant label is a recall waiting to happen. We apply pressure-sensitive labels in-line so every unit carries the correct universal symbol, license info, potency, batch/lot, dates, and Prop 65 warnings — front-and-back, or a single wrap the full way around a cylinder, on one configurable platform.
One platform re-labels jars, tubes, and bottles without re-tooling between SKUs — automated, repeatable placement keeps the universal symbol, warnings, and COA/batch panels in the same spot on every unit in a run.

Thermal-Transfer Coding (TTO)
California requires a batch/lot number, pack and expiration dates, and a scannable COA link on every unit — and that data changes per batch, so it can't be pre-printed. Our FlexPackPRO thermal-transfer overprinters lay it down crisp and in-line as packaging runs: a drop-in replacement for Videojet, Markem-Imaje, and Bell-Mark coders.
Coding at the point of fill means the lot, date, and COA barcode print onto each pouch in the same pass that seals it — no pre-printed label waste, no illegible hand-stamps, no lot mismatches. Recall-ready traceability, unit by unit.

Conveyor and print speeds are vendor-published ranges. Specs marked tbc reflect the equipment class; the exact on-site model, resolution, and power are confirmed during scoping.
